Abstract:

本发明属于(Ta2O5)1-x(TiO2)x体系介电陶瓷的制备领域。目前仅仅依靠提升烧结温度或延长预烧和烧结时间以提高(Ta2O5)1-x(TiO2)x介电系数的状况。本发明按现有陶瓷制备工艺程序,对(Ta2O5)1-x(TiO2)x材料进行配料、混合和预反应;将预反应后的粉料压制成圆柱状坯体,再进行烧结,形成致密的圆柱状陶瓷体;沿着垂直于柱状陶瓷体的圆平面进行切割,见图,使其成为长方形薄片。本发明所获得的(Ta2O5)1-x(TiO2)x陶瓷样品的介电系数比通常烧结的圆薄片状陶瓷的介电系数有显著提高,大大超出目前(Ta2O5)1-x(TiO2)x体系介电系数最好的水平;本发明在制备工艺上仅改变了陶瓷烧结体的形状,并进行垂直切割,即可将(Ta2O5)1-x(TiO2)x陶瓷介电系数大大提高,改变了单纯依赖改进预烧和烧结的温度及时间的现状,操作简便,效率高,可重复性强。
