Abstract:

快速烧结(Ta2O5)1-x(TiO2)x体系陶瓷的工艺属于(Ta2O5)1-x(TiO2)x体系介电陶瓷制备领域。本发明包括以下步骤:将Ta2O5和TiO2粉料按配比(1-x)Ta2O5∶xTiO2在x=0.01-0.13摩尔比的范围内进行配料,然后经球磨混合并烘干后,在1200℃下预烧12小时,再将预烧后的粉料球磨并烘干;将质量浓度为3%的聚乙烯醇(PVA)胶掺入烘干后的粉料,胶重量为粉料总重量的6%,在200兆帕压力下,压制成片状坯体;以100℃/小时的速率升温至1550℃,并保温1小时,然后以150℃/小时的速率降至室温,最终烧结成致密的片状陶瓷体。本工艺优势:制备周期明显缩短,效率大大提高了;制备所需能耗也大幅度地降低了;在TiO2掺杂摩尔浓度x≤0.13范围内,各组分的介电系数都有较大提高;在x≤0.13范围内的烧结,有多个组分的介电常数大于100,提供了较大范围的选择性。
