Abstract:
一种铂铋催化剂及其制备方法,属于燃料电池材料领域。本发明提供的铂铋催化剂中Bi与Pt摩尔比为1~2∶1。其制备方法,是将金属Pt粉和金属Bi粉1~2∶1摩尔比称重,混合均匀,在压力10MPa~20MPa条件下冷轧成块材;在800℃~1000℃温度下熔炼2~4次。将上述熔炼后的块材真空密封,在600℃~700℃之间退火0~240小时得本发明的铂铋催化剂。本发明的催化剂具有良好的抗甲醇中毒性能和氧还原电催化性能。本发明适用于质子交换膜燃料电池用氧还原电催化剂。
