Abstract：
一种时效硬化工具钢钨极氩弧焊金属粉芯堆焊焊丝属于金属粉芯焊丝制造技术领域，其特征为金属粉芯中各种粉料的重量配比为：Co：30～43％，Ni：8～12％，Mo：0～24％，Fe-Mo：0～40％，W：0～26％，Fe-W：0～46％，Ti：1～2％，Al：0～0.6％，RE：0.08～0.2％，Te：0.04～0.1％，Se：0.04～0.1％，Cr：0～0.5％，其余为Fe粉。该焊丝焊接工艺性能优良，焊后硬度不高，便于机械加工，时效处理后硬度可达HRC 65～67，堆焊金属不易产生裂纹，可用于超硬模具、轧辊、阀门和刀具等的制造和修复。
