Abstract:

本发明涉及一种含三种稀土元素的钨电极材料及其制备方法,材料中含有La2O3、Y2O3和CeO2三种稀土氧化物,其余为W,以钨粉重量的百分比计,每种稀土氧化物含量为0.4~1.4%,三种稀土氧化物的总含量为2~2.2%。其制备方法采用两次氢气还原制成钨粉,经压型、1200℃预烧结,在90%熔断电流下垂熔烧结,后经旋锻加工成各种规格的电极,其中旋锻开坯温度1500~1550℃,中间经一次高温快速垂熔退火处理。该电极引弧性能好,使用寿命高于钍钨和铈钨。$#!
