Abstract:
一种作可调谐激光晶体用的掺铬钨酸锌单晶的退火工艺属于钨酸盐单晶体制造领域,其特征在于:它是一种在固态介质中进行的退火工艺。所用的介质为Al2O3粉,或者TiO2粉,也可用上述两者按重量比配制的混合物,其退火温度在1100~1200℃间,保温20~30小时,再以130±30℃/小时的速率降至室温。用本法制得的晶棒可大大消除色芯,故透光性强,在室温下泵浦时发光效率也高。当在上述混合物中退火时其激光输出能量平均可达0.27mJ。
