Abstract：
本发明是一种用于生产蠕墨铸铁的蠕化剂及其制造方法。这种蠕化剂熔炼所用原料为：稀土硅铁(加入量50～75％)，稀土镁硅铁(加入量1～12％)，硅钙(加入量1～10％)，铝锭(加入0.5～2％)，黄铜(加入量20～45％)，当不用黄铜时，则铜(加入量10～30％)，锌(加入量4～8％)，其方法是将上述原料在1250～1300℃加热熔化，然后浇铸成锭。本发明的蠕化剂合金可以在铁水重量和含硫量发生波动的条件下确保获得蠕墨铸铁，从而使铸造车间回炉料勿需特殊管理，经生产带来了方便。
