Abstract：
面对超大城市的存量市场,城市更新面临许多现实挑战。劲松模式作为社区改造的典型案例,从宜居、文化、生态三个角度对超大城市进行城市更新具有模范作用。回顾实践过程和理论建构能为中国超大城市进行更新提供理论支撑,为创造城市美好生活提供方法指引,也为多方力量加入城市更新助力。
