Abstract:

At present, there are many problems in the process of the construction of prefabricated building. For example, there are some safety management issues in construction hoisting of prefabricated components, such as rough hoisting, unprecise control, and backward on-site treatment methods of blind hoisting. Moreover, the traditional the construction of prefabricated building site has the disadvantages that the wireless network has small coverage and excessive power consumption, and the information upload and query cannot be performed in real time. Aiming at solving the issues in the construction of prefabricated building mentioned above, this paper proposes an intelligent construction control method for prefabricated building based on LoRa technology. The method will first analyzes the LoRa technical characteristics and advantages based on the existing Internet of Things technology. Secondly, it will elaborate the specific application scheme of LoRa technology in prefabricated buildings. Third, the precise control method of hoisting of precast components in the key steps of the construction of prefabricated building will be analyzed in detail. Finally, the feasibility of the proposed intelligent control method will be verified by the case analysis of a prefabricated building project. In this paper, the LoRa technology is applied to prefabricated buildings through research, so that the construction site can be managed more promptly and effectively, and the quality of prefabricated buildings will be strengthened to reduce construction safety risks. It will provide theoretical reference value for timely and accurate intelligent management as will as precise control of prefabricated components during the construction of prefabricated building. It is of great significance to improve the overall construction management level of the prefabricated construction, thus promoting the intelligentization of the construction of prefabricated building. © 8th International Symposium on Project Management, ISPM 2020.
