Abstract:

To effectively improve the cultivating quality of non-technical ability of engineering and technical talents, based on the perspective of policy, literature and experts, "individual and team" indicators in non-technical ability of engineering education was represented in this paper. In the team, engineering and technical talents should know how to build a common vision, integrate into the team culture, do a good job in team cooperation, and have the awareness of the overall situation and responsibility, as well as the ability of execution, cooperation and leadership. So as to explore the construction of three-level indicator system for "individual and team" in non-technical capability of engineering education. Analytic hierarchy process was used to assign the weights to construct an accurate, objective and operability evaluation index system for individuals and teams with non-technical capability in engineering education. The construction of the index system is helpful to the diagnosis and improvement of the training scheme, so as to improve the cultivating quality of engineering and technical talents. © 2021, Editorial Department of Journal of Beijing University of Technology.
