Abstract:

In the project of Speed Skating Hall of Beijing 2022 Winter Olympic Games,L⁃shaped recycled aggre⁃ gate concrete(RAC)beam⁃slabs are used in the stands of the spectator area. The replacement rate of recycled coarse aggregate is 30%,the fine aggregate is natural sand,and the design strength grade of concrete is C45.The L⁃shaped RAC beam⁃slabs in the stands of National Speed Skating Hall were studied,including mechanical proper⁃ ties and carbonation properties.Three full⁃scale L⁃shaped RAC beam⁃slabs were tested.The length of the specimens was 4120 mm,the total width was 1180 mm,the width of the rib beam was 200 mm and the height was 498 mm,the width of the plate was 980 mm and the thickness was 100 mm.The stiffness,bearing capacity,deformation and crack development of the specimens under different loads were studied.The carbonation performance of 4 groups of RAC specimens was tested for 3,7,14 and 28 days,with three specimens in each group,and the specimen size was 100 mm × 100 mm × 300 mm.The carbonation depth under different carbonation days was studied.The results show that the L⁃shaped RAC beam⁃slabs meet the requirements of stiffness and bearing capacity.Under the condi⁃ tion of reasonable control of recycled aggregate content,the carbonation performance of recycled aggregate concrete is similar to that of ordinary concrete,which can meet the requirements of carbonation performance. © 2022 Science Press.
