Abstract:

According to the Matched Filtering Principle, propose a new method of convolution power spectrum (CPS) to detect the activity of brain function. Firstly, calculate the fMRI time series and the convolution of fMRI image signal of experimental model. Then PSD of convolution signal is used to quantitative analysis the energy changes of blood-oxygen-level dependent (BOLD) signal. To compare the SPM PS SVM, experimental results show that CPS algorithm is effective to analysis the brain active information about fMRI time series. © Copyright 2016 American Scientific Publishers All rights reserved.
