Abstract:

As a key parameter for thermal design of civil buildings, sol-air temperature has been defined in current code (GB50716-2016), assuming that the exterior surface coefficient of heat transfer of the building envelope is constant and the effect of sky long-wave radiation can be ignored. Lhasa, located at an altitude of 3650 meters, is selected as a representative city. To address the modifications due to local wind speed, low air pressure and strong sky long-wave radiation. The results show that compared with the values calculated by current code, the sol-air temperature in Lhasa decreases by 3.2℃ on the vertical surface and 7.6℃ on the horizontal surface during the heating period. © 2023 IBPSA.All rights reserved.
