Abstract:

We demonstrate the coherent stacking of 64 femtosecond pulses from a chirp-pulse amplification laser system based on an ytterbium-doped fiber amplifier. It combines into 1.2 mJ pulse energy at 5 kHz repetition rate. © 2023 Optica Publishing Group.
