Abstract:
In order to study seismic performance of the multi-ribbed composite slab structure with large space at the bottom, the low-cyclic loading experiments of two 1/2 models of multi-ribbed composite wall supported on frame structure were studied. The failure process, the hysteretic characteristic of vertex lateral displacement, the inter-story displacement, the skeleton curve, and steel load-strain curves of the members under the low-cyclic loading were compared and analyzed. The stiffness degradation and residual deformation ratio of the specimens was discussed. The results show that the structure has good seismic performance due to the unique nested construction form. The failure mode and the trend of stiffness degradation of the structure with opening are consistent with those of structures without opening. Both structures have good displacement ductility, collapse-resistant capacity and repairability.
