Abstract：
介绍了大型语言模型的研究现状,阐述了生成式预训练转换器模型的关键技术,综述了大型语言模型在医疗教育、临床疾病诊断与治疗、医患交流中的实际应用现状,指出了有效监管、伦理和法律、专业化及逻辑一致性是大型语言模型在医疗领域应用中面临的挑战,并展望了未来的发展方向.
