Abstract:
Denitrifying microorganisms in the anaerobic ammonium oxidation coupling heterotrophic denitrification system were investigated. The methods used were PCR and molecular cloning. By building nirS clone libraries, homology analysis and constructing system Phylogenetic tree, 51 clones were assigned to 12 OTUs. By BLAST alignment found these microbes were mainly proteobacteria and uncultured environment samples. Proteobacteria were mainly β-Proteobacteria and γ-Proteobacteria.
