Abstract:

以全面提升运载火箭或武器系统智能化为牵引,开展大型固体发动机健康智能监测技术研究。围绕固体火箭发动机在生产、存储、运输、试车和发射过程全生命周期在线监测和故障管理,获取固体火箭发动机的力热物理量参数,研发高性能强适应在线监测传感器;突破可植入复合材料壳体、药柱界面的高性能强适应光纤传感器研制,攻克发动机与传感器一体成型设计技术难题;解决传感器高损伤检测率布点优化、典型故障模式诊断算法等关键技术,构建固体发动机全寿命周期健康智能健康管理平台和系统,提升我国大型固体发动机的技术水平。
