Abstract:
As industrial production becomes more and more intelligent, major enterprises and factories have begun to implement intelligent production, so the MES system is more and more favored by manufacturing enterprises. However, due to the production conditions, production materials and so on are not the same in each enterprise, so the factory for the MES system requirements also have different standards. In this paper, through the modular analysis of the MES system, we propose a free configuration method of MES configuration cloud platform, and at the same time, we design and implement the specific functions of the platform. It enables users not to learn specialized knowledge, but only need to integrate the logic of industrial production, and complete the construction of the platform through configuration and drag-and-drop operation. © 2024 Asian Control Association.
