Abstract:
通过在Mini LED背光基板玻璃的基础组成中引入氧化镧(La2O3),探究La2O3/Na2O、La2O3/CaO及La2O3/B2O3对基板玻璃热膨胀系数和导热系数的影响.结果表明,随着La2O3/Na2O组分比的增加,玻璃的热膨胀系数和导热系数均呈下降趋势;随着La2O3/CaO组分比的增加,玻璃的热膨胀系数在(9.3~9.5)×10-6/℃区间波动,导热系数呈下降趋势;随着La2O3/B2O3组分比的增加,玻璃的热膨胀系数降低,导热系数呈升高趋势.
