Abstract:
Multidrug resistance (MDR) remains a significant challenge in the field of cancer therapy. Traditional chemotherapy drugs induce MDR in tumor cells during treatment, significantly compromising treatment efficacy and patient survival rates. Hydrogen nanobubbles (NBs) have emerged as a promising therapeutic technology due to its excellent drug delivery capabilities and biocompatibility, attracted considerable attention in recent years. In this work, we established a drug-resistant breast cancer cell model using adriamycin (ADR), by treating it with hydrogen NBs to enhance drug sensitivity in resistant cells. This work explore the mechanism and potential clinical applications of hydrogen NBs in alleviating multidrug resistance, and providing a new approach for collaborative tumor therapy in breast cancer. © 2024 IEEE.
