Abstract:

本发明属于废电路板中溴回收领域,具体涉及一种从含溴粗盐中回收高纯溴化钠的方法。 本发明主要包括酸化氧化、多级萃取、协同反萃取步骤。 与传统的氯氧化和单一尿素反萃取技术相比,通过合理调整盐酸和氯酸钠的添加量,可以有效控制酸化氧化过程,并且尾气可以吸收回用,避免二次污染和资源浪费 。 同时,尿素与碳酸钠配合反萃取,反萃取率高,大大减少了尿素的用量,并得到高纯度的溴化钠晶体。 实现了含溴原盐中溴资源的高效回收。 本发明的优点是:产品纯度高、操作简单、环境友好。
