Abstract:

一种激光增材制造高强铝合金性能提升的复合调控方法,涉及激光增材制造高强铝合金材料技术领域,将微米级陶瓷颗粒与微米级AlMgScZr合金粉末混合,制得陶瓷颗粒增强铝基复合粉末。复合材料粉末利用陶瓷颗粒的特性来调控凝固组织,减少应力集中,同时还避免了增强相颗粒团聚现象。所得复合材料在激光成形中质量优良,冶金缺陷少,致密度高达99.8%以上。结合优化的选区激光融化和热处理工艺,制得的复合材料零件室温力学性能得到显著提升,抗拉强度超过540MPa,屈服强度超过490MPa,断裂延伸率超过10%。
