Abstract:

本发明涉及一种基于激光辅助穿孔的厚板铝合金变极性等离子弧焊接方法。本发明在铝合金变极性等离子焊接的基础上,将激光热源与等离子弧热源同轴放置于待焊板材的上下两侧。在焊接起始点等离子弧首先对铝合金板材进行定点熔化,同时在电弧力作用下液面逐渐下凹形成盲孔,当盲孔深度达到等离子弧穿透极限时打开激光,利用激光的高能量密度,从工件背面熔化金属,在蒸发反力的作用下“刺破”盲孔,形成穿透的“小孔”,引导电弧等离子体从小孔流出。穿孔形成后,等离子弧在小孔内部形成稳定的流通模式,液态金属环绕在等离子弧周围,关闭激光,利用等离子弧的类刚性特点维持小孔贴壁熔池稳定,实现厚板铝合金高质量穿孔焊接。
