Abstract:

一种用于CO2、CH4、N2O多元温室气体催化转化的Ni‑Mg@FER分子筛催化剂的合成方法属于多元温室气体燃烧催化剂领域。本发明的催化剂是以H‑FER为载体,负载Ni和Mg为催化剂的活性组分。本发明采用固相交换法将镍和镁负载在H‑FER上,研究表明在反应条件为:空速12000h‑1,CO2:CH4:N2O:He=10%:12%:3.6%:74.4%,气体总流量为120ml/min条件下,12%Ni‑5%Mg@FER具有最好的催化效果。本发明的催化剂具有良好的催化活性和热稳定性,工艺简单,成本低廉,在750℃下,N2O、CH4、CO2的转化率分别达到100%,89.5%和92.1%。
