Abstract:

本发明开发了一种使用三辛胺基协同萃取剂通过提镁策略降低镁锂比的方法。该方法以三辛胺(N235)为氢键受体,二(2‑乙基己基)磷酸酯(D2EHPA)为氢键供体形成复合物。以N235‑D2EHPA复合物为主要成分,磷酸三丁酯(TBP)为配体组成协同萃取剂;步骤:(1)合成N235‑D2EHPA复合物;(2)配制萃取水相;(3)配置萃取有机相;(4)镁萃取;(5)再生萃取剂。本发明优势:(1)首次使用N235‑D2EHPA复合物降低镁锂比;(2)通过萃取镁分离锂镁,缩短提锂路线,避免锂在反萃过程的损失;(3)N235‑D2EHPA复合物内部形成强氢键,因而具有化学性质稳定,绿色环保;相比于离子液体,合成简单,成本更低。
