用于可见光水分解制氢的Ru单原子和Ru纳米颗粒协同负载型结晶态红磷单质光催化剂,涉及光催化材料领域。首先通过浸渍煅烧法将Ru单原子精准锚定在CRP的本征磷空位(VP)缺陷位点,随后运用水热法,在预锚定的Ru单原子位点原位生长出分散均匀的Ru纳米颗粒,即Ru1‑NP/CRP。Ru单原子的预锚定具有以下优势:1.有效修复了VP缺陷,抑制了电荷深度捕获效应,提升了光催化反应的效率;2.为Ru纳米颗粒提供了生长位点,确保了Ru纳米颗粒在CRP表面的均匀分散和稳定附着;3.作为电荷转移的桥梁,极大地促进了光催化过程中电荷在CRP和Ru纳米颗粒的分离和转移,强化了催化性能。结果表明,Ru1‑NP/CRP光催化制氢性能高达3175μmol g‑1h‑1。
