Abstract：
本发明提供了一种稀土氧化物/镍基高温合金及其制备方法和应用。本发明的稀土氧化物/镍基高温合金的制备方法，包括如下步骤：S1：将稀土可溶性盐和有机分散剂溶解于水中，得到稀土溶液；S2：向稀土溶液中加入镍基高温合金原粉，搅拌混合，得到混合溶液；S3：将混合溶液干燥后进行高温分解，得到稀土氧化物/镍基高温合金。本发明的制备方法能够使稀土氧化物颗粒均匀分布于镍基高温合金中，避免了稀土氧化物颗粒团聚现象的产生，有效实现了镍基高温合金的强韧化。
