Abstract:

硝酸盐型反硝化菌共生代谢强化厌氧氨氧化菌自富集的方法,属于污水生物处理领域。将城市污水处理厂的剩余污泥接种至强化厌氧氨氧化菌自富集系统(密闭SBR反应器)中,以乙酸钠为碳源,首先富集硝酸盐型反硝化菌,将硝酸盐氮转化为亚硝酸盐氮,为厌氧氨氧化菌的生长提供充足的底物基质,随后富集厌氧氨氧化菌又为硝酸盐型反硝化菌提供生长所需基质硝酸盐氮。通过调节碳氮比以及缺氧搅拌时间等关键因素并串联气液分离系统与水力旋流分离系统联动,回收颗粒污泥返还强化自富集系统持留功能菌,保证硝酸盐型反硝化菌共生代谢刺激强化厌氧氨氧化菌的自富集。本发明适用于在活性污泥系统中自富集厌氧氨氧化菌,以实现深度脱氮,具有节能降耗的特点。
