Abstract:

一种具有优异能量收集温度稳定性的无铅高熵压电陶瓷材料及制备,属于压电陶瓷材料领域。该陶瓷材料的基体化学组成为(1‑x)[0.96(K0.48Na0.52)(Nb0.96Sb0.04)O3‑0.04(Bi0.5Na0.5)ZrO3]+x[0.70BiFeO3‑0.30BaTiO3+0.1mol%MnO2],其中x的数值为0,0.05和1,对应构型熵△S为0.93R,1.46R和1.22R,优选其中x数值为0.05的高熵材料体系。按相应计量比配料,采用湿磨、烘干、造粒、压制成型、烧结步骤制备样品。本发明实现了无铅压电能量收集器在宽温区稳定发电,对压电能量收集技术工业具有重大的推进作用。
