Abstract:

一种通过准分子激光器晶化硅基太阳能电池非晶硅层的方法,涉及光伏技术加工领域。包括以下步骤:首先光学板块设计上使用微透镜光均束器对光路进行整型匀束,将硅基太阳能电池固定在位移台,调节准分子激光器的参数,使其激光聚焦于硅基太阳能电池非晶硅层上从而对其做晶化处理,使非晶硅层上生长出微晶硅。本申请提供的通过准分子激光器晶化硅基太阳能电池非晶硅层的方法能够很好地保证非晶硅层的均匀度较好,其晶化产生的微晶硅将直接有利于载流子迁移率和有效掺杂浓度的提高,从而提升硅基太阳能电池的光电转化效率。
