Abstract：
一种中药毛稔果肝保护有效成分的制备与应用，属于医药技术领域。所用原料为野牡丹科、野牡丹属植物毛稔(Melastoma sanguineum Sims)的果实，经提取纯化后得到毛稔果肝保护有效部位，提取溶剂为20％‑70％乙醇。所得有效部位对EtOH、APAP及CCl4所致的小鼠慢性化学性肝损伤具有保护作用，显著降低小鼠血清ALT、AST及T‑Bil、肝组织MDA含量，明显升高肝组织中SOD、GSH‑Px比活力，具有潜在的药物开发价值。
