Abstract:

本发明公开了一种超声激励滚珠丝杠副减摩方法及装置,所述装置主要包括丝杠、主螺母、环形叠堆型压电陶瓷、电极片、绝缘垫片以及副螺母。环形叠堆型压电陶瓷在外电场的作用下产生几何形变,从而为双螺母滚珠丝杠副提供动态预紧力。在轻载状态下,可以减小预紧力以降低滚珠与滚道之间的摩擦力。施加高频电压于压电陶瓷片,对螺母施加超声振动激励,从而改善滚珠与滚道接触润滑状态,减小摩擦力。通过瞬态弹流润滑理论验证了超声振动减摩方法的有效性。本发明实现了滚珠丝杠副预紧力的动态调节,并通过施加轴向超声振动激励力改善了滚珠丝杠副的润滑条件,解决了滚珠在滚道内产生的摩擦力大、传动效率低、易卡顿等问题。
