Abstract:

一种SmCo5基高熵稀土永磁材料及制备方法,涉及永磁材料技术领域。结构式为SmCo5‑x(TM)x,TM选自Sc、Ti、V、Cr、Mn、Fe、Ni、Cu、Zn中的至少四种,0.1≤TM中每一种元素的下标≤0.7;将铸锭或薄带在保护气氛下进行退火和淬火,得到具有CaCu5结构的单相SmCo5基高熵稀土永磁材料。具有较高的饱和磁化强度和矫顽力。
