Abstract:

一种含碳氮化物的高强高韧超细晶硬质合金的制备方法,属于硬质合金和粉末冶金技术领域。以氧化铬和炭黑或者氧化铬、五氧化二钒和炭黑为原料,球磨混合后在真空炉中进行热处理,利用氮化还原反应制备得到碳氮化物,将制备态的碳氮化物粉末放入具有氩气保护的球磨罐中进行球磨细化,得到平均粒径为1~5μm的碳氮化物粉末。最后将制备态或细化之后的碳氮化物按照质量百分比含量0.1wt.%~0.5wt.%的比例添加到WC‑Co复合粉中,利用低压烧结的方法制备兼具高强度和高韧性的超细晶WC‑Co硬质合金。
