Abstract:

一种高矫顽力稀土永磁材料RE2Fe14(C,B)及其制备方法,涉及永磁材料技术领域。化学通式为RExFeyCzB6‑z,RE为稀土元素中的一种或者几种,12≤x≤17;70≤y≤80;0.2≤z≤5。制备工艺包括熔炼、熔体快淬、退火,其中,熔炼采用中频真空感应熔炼炉和水冷铜模浇注技术,熔体快淬是采用铜辊转速10~40m/s的真空快淬炉,退火是在保护气氛下500~1200℃退火。本发明真空感应熔炼、熔体快淬和热处理相结合的方式有利于保证成分的均匀,形成的RE2Fe14(C,B)相具有较高的稳定性,抑制了杂相的生成,提高了硬磁相RE2Fe14(C,B)的相对含量,进而提升了永磁材料的磁性能。
