Abstract:

一种基于原位拉伸研究的散斑制备方法以及材料微区变形的表征方法,属于变形测量和材料性能研究领域。对试样进行处理,在对EBSD表征无较大影响的情况下,将样品表面腐蚀出弥散分布且较为均匀的小孔,可在原位拉伸实验过程中分析应变场分布。通过初始EBSD数据分析晶体取向、相关滑移线系开启等问题;通过原位SEM拉伸,研究材料的变形机制、裂纹的萌生扩展以及夹杂物变形情况等科学问题;通过DIC数据分析原位拉伸实验过程中应变场的分布规律。同时满足上述表征手段时,可将多种表征手段相结合,多角度探讨原位拉伸实验过程中材料的动态演变机理。
