Abstract:

本发明公开了一种电磁铁式宽频表面波电磁声传感器,包括磁轭、励磁线圈、不等间距激励线圈,通过控制通入磁轭中电流大小形成磁场强度可控制的偏执磁场;通入不等间距激励线圈的宽频信号为频率调制的宽频信号,通过设计不等间距激励线圈相邻线圈之间的距离,使不等间距激励线圈相与宽频激励信号的频率高度匹配,实现信号的压缩,进而得到具有更高的信号幅值的超声表面波信号。电磁铁式宽频表面波电磁声传感器可以激励出的信号频带范围宽、幅值高的表面波信号,相较于单频信号频率成分多,提高了表面波信号的幅值,对混叠信号的分辨和铁磁性材料近表面缺陷的检测能力均有所提高,具有极大的应用价值。
