Abstract:

一种高效稀土粘接永磁体的制备方法,属于磁性材料技术领域。本发明采用稀土化合物颗粒对钕铁硼速凝片进行晶界扩散及破碎制粉后制备钕铁硼磁体。本发明步骤为:采用蒸发冷凝工艺制备稀土化合物粉末;将重稀土化合物悬浊液喷涂在速凝片表面并进行旋转热扩散和退火处理;对热处理后速凝片进行球磨制备各向异性钕铁硼磁粉;利用钕铁硼磁粉制备粘接磁体。采用本发明制备的钕铁硼磁粉及磁体矫顽力明显高于初始样品水平且方法操作简单,流程较短,为制备各向异性磁粉提供新思路。
