Abstract:

一种基于金属有机框架材料的高效载流子分离光催化剂及制备方法,属于光催化剂技术领域。所述高效载流子分离光催化剂的结构包括:负载Pt纳米颗粒的NH2‑UiO‑66的八面体纳米晶体(Pt@NH2‑UiO‑66),以及在Pt@NH2‑UiO‑66表面原位生长一层二维Cu‑TCPP MOF,最终形成Pt@NH2‑UiO‑66@Cu‑TCPP MOF的三元复合结构。首先在NH2‑UiO‑66内部负载具有良好导电性的Pt纳米颗粒,使其在负载反应活性中心的同时还可以高效富集CO2;随后在其外部原位生长超薄的二维Cu‑TCPP MOF构筑异质结结构,实现了光生电子和空穴的高效分离,有效提升光催化CO2还原效率。
