Abstract:

本发明公开了一种基于高阶模态的全向型永磁铁式水平剪切电磁声传感器,该传感器由永磁铁和其下方线圈构成。磁铁产生的垂直磁场与螺旋线圈诱导的圆周涡流共同在平板上产生洛伦兹力,径向作用于这种新型全向电磁传感器。该传感器利用周向周期性永磁体阵列在材料表面产生和接收高阶水平剪切SH导波。通过试验验证了所研制的全向型水平剪切模态电磁声传感器可在铝板中激励出单一的SH1模态导波,并验证所研制的全向型水平剪切模态电磁声传感器具有较好的频率响应特性;通过全向性测试实验,验证所研制的电磁声传感器可激励出沿360°方向传播SH1模态导波。可实现对板结构高精度、高效率缺陷成像,在板结构健康监测和无损评价领域,具有极大应用价值和潜力。
