Abstract:
本发明构建了一种脑胶质瘤基因及突变检测的试纸,通过改造的依赖Mg2+的DNAzyme特异性识别检测脑胶质瘤切片组织提取的多种热点基因突变;通过将核酶底物链耦合HRP包裹的金纳米颗粒,实现信号的双重放大;释放含HRP的耦合体催化TMB显色,实现比色传感。并将构建的比色传感器固定在侧向流动性试纸上,可脱离专业实验室,极大地简化操作时间和步骤,实现样本输入‑应答‑输出。该方案为脑胶质瘤分子分型提供了现场快速检测工具。
