Abstract:

本发明属于有色金属技术领域,公开了一种具有抗热裂性能的Al‑Cu‑Mn铸造合金及其制备方法。该具有抗热裂性能的Al‑Cu‑Mn铸造合金,按质量百分比计包括:Cu 5.0~6.0%,Mn 0.5~0.6%,Ti 0.1~0.2%,Er0.01~0.1%,Zr 0.1~0.2%,其余为Al。本发明通过调整微量元素添加量、熔体处理温度,可实现对铝合金微观组织和抗热裂性能的有效控制,获得凝固组织细化、铸造热裂纹消除的高质量铝合金铸件。该方法也可用于挤压铸造或重力铸造前的熔体处理过程,适合在铸造铝合金领域推广使用。
