Abstract:

一种强化沸腾传热的分级碳纳米材料薄膜涂层,涉及纳米涂层强化相变传热技术领域。薄膜涂层完全涂覆于目标衬底表面,由两种不同的碳纳米材料薄膜涂层A和B构成;碳纳米材料薄膜涂层A为氧化石墨烯层压结构薄膜涂层,其均匀连续地覆盖在目标衬底表面上;碳纳米材料薄膜涂层B为亲水的碳纳米管纳米多孔网络结构薄膜涂层,其以不连续的布局方式覆盖在氧化石墨烯薄膜涂层表面上,形成多个均匀分布的碳纳米管薄膜涂层条纹,所述碳纳米管薄膜涂层条纹之间形成微米尺度的通道结构。所述分级碳纳米材料薄膜涂层有机联合了多种微纳尺度的特征结构与优异性质,可产生协同强化效应,大幅度同步提升CHF和HTC,实现沸腾传热性能的突破。
