Abstract:
一种富Co型SmCo12基纳米晶永磁合金块体材料及其制备方法,属于粉末冶金技术领域。先将金属Sm块、Co块与掺杂元素M(V、Fe、Mn、Zr)小块按照Sm:(Co+M)=1:12的摩尔比进行配比,在配比时Sm的质量比理论增加5%‑10%;用悬浮感应熔炼炉熔炼获得名义成分为SmCo12‑xMx(x=0‑2)母合金铸锭;在氩气保护的手套箱中,将母合金铸锭破碎成粉末颗粒,放入具有氩气保护的球磨罐中进行球磨,制备出非晶合金粉末;将非晶合金粉末放入硬质合金模具预压,然后利用快速热压烧结成型。制备材料纯度高、晶粒尺寸在纳米尺度可控、工艺路线简单,得到常规熔炼制备的粗晶合金中无法稳定存在的SmCo12物相。
