Abstract:

本发明公开了一种荷正电耐酸纳米复合纳滤膜的制备方法,包括:采用原位水热法处理包含钼源、硫源和氨基化合物的前驱体溶液,在制备MoS2的过程中同时完成对MoS2的氨基改性,得到氨基化MoS2纳米粒子;并将氨基化MoS2纳米粒子制成氨基化MoS2纳米片;将氨基化MoS2纳米片与聚乙烯亚胺加入水中,制得水相溶液;将油相单体加入有机溶剂中,制得油相溶液;将聚合物超滤膜先浸入水相溶液中,后浸入油相溶液中,进行界面聚合;最后进行热处理,得到氨基化MoS2/聚磺酰胺复合纳滤膜。本发明提供的制备方法操作简单且无需特殊试剂,所制备的复合纳滤膜具有优异的纳滤分离性能,还显示优异的耐酸稳定性,具有良好的应用前景。
