Abstract:

本发明开发了一种使用双离子型功能离子液体/磷酸三丁酯从高镁锂比盐湖卤水中分离锂镁的协同溶剂萃取法。该方法以磷酸三丁酯和离子液体双‑(3‑甲基‑1‑咪唑)亚辛基二(双三氟甲磺酰亚胺)盐(D{[OMIM][Tf2N]})为萃取剂、1.2mol/L盐酸为反萃剂组成协同溶剂萃取体系,在有机相与水相体积比3:1~1:4,单次萃取时间15~60min,萃取温度20~35℃,经过萃取、反萃和深度除镁后制备碳酸锂。本发明优势:一是该萃取体系在中性卤水中锂萃取率较高,同时锂镁分离系数较大,能够达到较好的锂镁分离效果,无需加酸碱调控pH值;二是萃取过程无乳化现象及第三相出现;三是离子液体作为绿色溶剂具有高稳定性、不可燃性、几乎不挥发等特点,环境污染小。
