Abstract:

一种城市污水活性污泥工艺高效脱氮和污泥膨胀快速控制的方法,属于水环境恢复与再生领域,在低溶解氧工况下,实现对溶解氧的高效利用和城市污水总氮的高效去除,快速改善污泥的沉降性能。采用城市污水连续流活性污泥工艺,由连续流缺氧/好氧活性污泥反应器和二沉池组成。接种处于膨胀状态的活性污泥,进水为模拟城市污水,反应器内设置缺氧格室和好氧格室,好氧格室内的溶解氧为0‑0.8mg/L,有利于提高氧的转移速率,节省曝气能耗。通过外回流泵将二沉池的污泥回流到进水口,通过内回流泵将好氧区的硝化液回流到缺氧区。通过投加硅藻土重介质和聚合硫酸铁絮凝剂快速控制低溶解氧工况下的污泥膨胀,保证城市污水连续流活性污泥工艺的稳定运行。
