Abstract:

一种评估混合污染物生殖暴露风险的方法属于环境评价领域。其基于可以反映污染物理化性质的分子描述符,建立定量构效(QSAR)模型预测污染物的混合生殖毒性,并给出混合污染物的每日最大可耐受摄入量(TDI),最终根据实际环境中污染物的赋存浓度,实现对污染物的混合暴露风险进行评估。与已有方法相比,本发明在评估多种污染物混合暴露风险时,考虑了污染物之间的相互作用以及对健康效应终点的非线性和非加性效应,对限制污染物浓度水平提供指导性意见,具有实用价值。
