Abstract:

一种基于广泛混合森林回归(BHFR)的城市固体废物焚烧(MSWI)过程中DXN排放的软测量方法,包括:基于广泛的学习系统(BLS)框架,构建小样本高浓度的BHFR软测量模型 通过用非差分基学习器代替神经元来获取三维数据,其中BHFR软测量模型包括特征映射层、潜在特征提取层、特征增量层和增量学习层,该方法包括: 高维特征; 从全连接混合矩阵的特征空间中提取潜在特征,基于信息度量标准降低模型复杂度和计算消耗; 通过基于提取的潜在特征训练特征增量层来增强特征表示能力; 基于增量学习策略构建增量学习层,利用Moore-Penrose伪逆得到权重矩阵,实现高精度建模。
